On the morning of June 12, 2016, our nation woke up to learn of yet another mass shooting, driven by our flawed gun control policies. As we all grieve for the LGBTQ and Latino communities in Orlando and for the countless families touched by the devastation, we are reminded of our social responsibility to take action to prevent further acts of hate, enabled by our rampant culture of guns.
Bob Hilliard has responded to the Orlando massacre by refusing to sit idly by. He is bringing the fight to the gun industry's doorstep, representing the victims and their families.
Mr. Hilliard has been asked to represent the family of Miguel Angel Honorato, a 30-year-old father of three, who was among the 49 young lives massacred with military-style weapons manufactured and marketed by Sig Sauer and Glock.
Mr. Hilliard intends to file a lawsuit on behalf of the Honorato family and any others willing to join in his efforts to honor the memory of victims by fighting to make our country a safer place.
